Refund Policy

💰 Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.  We offer refunds if you meet the following conditions:

✅ (1) Items must be sent back in the same condition as received, using the return label provided by our customer service team.

📧 (2) Email us at FirstStop4Gifts@outlook.com with your Name, Order Number, and reason for requesting a refund.


We have a 14-day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days through your bank. 🏦

⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.

📦 Returned to Sender

If you provided the wrong address and your order is returned to us, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee. If you choose not to reship, we will refund you minus original shipping costs, priority processing, insurance, and a 30% restocking fee.

Sometimes packages are refused or lost in transit. In that case we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item. 🛍️

If you provided the correct address, we will reship free of charge. Address changes require a shipping fee.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within the first 12 hours after purchase.

🏷️ Clearance Items

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded.

🛡️ Warranties

Our refund and replacement policy lasts 14 days from the date your tracking number shows delivered. After 14 days we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


🌍 International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price and are the shopper's responsibility.
